Neurospicy Columbus - Living on the Spectrum - Autism ADHD

Enjoy coffee and help us prepare care kits to share with people in our community who are unhoused.

Adults on the autism spectrum are overrepresented among those experiencing homelessness.

I'll provide about 12 large Ziplock bags for us to fill. Please leave a comment about what you are bringing to help us provide a variety of items.

You can also contribute by letting us know in the comments that you volunteer to distribute some of the bags!

Suggested items:

Thick socks
Gloves
Handwarming satchets
Granola bars and other single-serve snacks
Water bottles
Wet wipes
Large bandaids
Toothbrush and toothpaste
Quarters for laundry
Tissue packs
Lip balm
A gift card for a restaurant in your neighborhood

Avoid:
Anything with alcohol including hand sanitizer and mouthwash.
Food that needs to be cooked

You're welcome to come to both parts of this outing or just one part.
