Whether you're neurodivergent, neurotypical, or just feeling very human lately, this playful, practical workshop is for anyone who's ever stared at a task and thought, "Maybe later."
Join us to explore a constellation of creative, ADHD-friendly strategies—each starting with the letter C—designed to help you get unstuck, spark motivation, and gently outwit your own avoidance brain.
🌟 Some of the magical Cs you'll try out:
🔍 Clarity – Break it down so your brain says “I can do that”
🎨 Creativity – Turn it into a game, a meme, or a mission
🛑 Control – Remove digital distractions
⏱ Countdown Timers – Pomodoro it, but make it vibey
👯 Companionship – Work alongside a buddy (real or virtual)
📅 Commit – Let someone cheer you on
🚨 Crunchtime – Create helpful urgency
🧽 Clean Up – Clear away the clutter (mental + physical)
🏛 Cave/Cathedral – Change spaces to change gears
🐸 Courage – Eat that frog (but gently)
✍️ Careless – Embrace the messy first draft
📈 Consistency – 10 minutes per day adds up!
