Neurospicy SA's Common Ground: Peer Group is a free and peer-led support group for independent, low-support-need adults (ages 18+) who have experienced symptoms of mental health conditions. Participants can gain valuable insights and information by hearing about the challenges and successes of other attendees,

When you join Common Ground: Peer Group, you enter a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment where you can gain hope and foster connections with other attendees. The sessions provide opportunities for your voice to be heard and for your needs to be met. The group encourages empathy, community, and helpful conversation. Step into the room and participate to benefit from other attendees' experiences and gain strength to share your own experiences as well.

This group is facilitated and hosted by Adam Fields, a trained peer support specialist.

Requirements:
- Must be neurodivergent
- Must be an adult (ages 18+)
