If you are new to New York and tired of meetup groups that are just reposting paid events then this meetup group is for you. This is a legit meetup group that meets twice a month for the sole purpose of making new friends. Now the FAQ:
Q: Is this neighborhood specific?
A: Nope, anyone from NYC can attend.
Q: What if I am not new here but want to meet new friends?
A: Of course! You are still welcome.
Q: Can I come alone?
A: Yet bet. Most people will probably come alone.
Q: Will there be name tags or drink coupons?
A: No, this is a bare bones meetup group with just one purpose...making new friends.
