It was designed to bring meaning and transformation into our lives with the aim of allowing people to connect to some deeper, intangible principles of life. In this talk, we will explore some key elements in Shakespearean tragedies and how they still resonate with us today – inviting us to reflect deeper on our own nature and journeys.

Join us as we reflect on key principles from this timeless allegory, to recognise the ‘caves’ and ‘shadows’ of our lives and extract practical tools to begin to break free from illusions, to walk in search of truth, enabling us to live with more purpose, clarity and joy!
