New Beginnings is a friendly group of people who share a passion for socialising and having fun. Founded almost 10 years ago, our group has grown into a vibrant community where like-minded individuals come together.
Our purpose is simple: to provide a safe and welcoming environment where you can meet new friends, participate in fun activities, and create lasting memories. Whether you're looking to explore the great outdoors, enjoy a night at the theatre, dance to live bands, challenge your mind with quizzes, savor meals out, or go on exciting days and weekends away, for example, New Beginnings has something for everyone.
Anyone is welcome to join our group! While we encourage participation from those who are local to the area, to get the most out of our events, the only real requirement is that you are kind, courteous, and ready to have fun.
With New Beginnings, you'll find opportunities to socialise mosts days of the year. From regular meet-ups to special events, there's always something happening during the week.

We ask for a small ‘one-off’ fee of £3 to join the group, we also request that you treat others as you would like to be treated. Please be respectful to hosts and their voluntary time by changing rsvp if you can not attend events to allow others to attend.
We have a small team of hosts who arrange and manage all the events. As you can imagine this would not be a successful group without those individuals putting in some time and effort to arrange all the varied events. If there’s something you would like to do that is not listed feel free to discuss it and we would be happy for you to join the hosting team.

Paid events
If an advance payment is required through NHBT or organiser/host account, payment remains non refundable as the payment would have been paid to secure the event.
Unless someone else moves into the vacant waitlist spot and pays then it is obvious that a refund is not applicable.
However, if an event is cancelled by the organiser, host or third party then a full refund will be paid if reimbursed in full by the organising company
Please note if you are disrespectful to another member you will be removed from group.

Prepare to dress to impress, bring out the glamour, and get ready to enjoy a great evening at the races. Nothing beats racing in late August as the new Jumps season begins, and Ladies Day is the ideal chance to enjoy it.

Last race 1920 hours ( TBC)
6 to 8 races over the jumps.There will be live music, the details of which are to be confirmed. Last year there was an ABBA tribute act, local radio set and a headline act, full details will be announced on Fontwell's social media posts.
We did this event pre covid and it was a lovely evening.
There is free car parking in the manin car park.
The early bird price is £25 per person, this includes access to the Grandstand, pre-parade ring, parade ring, all grandstand public bars, all grandstand public eateries and all grandstand public betting outlets.
