3 MILES WALK THROUGH WILD GARLIC.

Please join me for a 3 mile moderate circular walk to the East of Finchdean to view and smell a sea of Wild Garlic. ( the event photo taken 26/04/24). We will continue through the woods to St Huberts church at Idsworth before returning to the start point, where we can take refreshments at The George PH.

The walk does involve some road walking, ( some without pavements.). There are no stiles, but there is a long gentle climb. The route may be damp underfoot foot.

Doggies are welcome.

As usual, there is no fee unless you haven't paid your £3 membership fee

The return route from the church to The George is subject to flooding. If so, we will have to return via the way we came. This will involve quite a short steep climb and add 1 mile to the walk. I will visit beforehand and post a message if flooded.

There is street parking in the village, it can be limited. Car share might be a good idea.

I will speak with the landlord of The George and negotiate some spaces
