It is 1848 and you are invited to dinner at Withering Depths, the country seat of the Withering family high on the bleak Yorkshire Moors. Your hostess was to be Dowager Lady Withering, but just before dinner the Dowager was found murdered in her bedroom. Fortunately, this part of Yorkshire boasts one of the most distinguished detectors in the whole country Boycott McClue, and he is on hand to help you discover which of the guests gathered here this evening, murdered Lady Withering.
