CIRCULAR 5.5 MILE WALK FROM VICTORIA INN, WEST MARDEN + REFRESHMENTS

Please join me on another walk through the beautiful South Downs National Park. We will meet at the Victoria Inn, at West Marden, with free car parking in the road, but car sharing may be advisable. I have 3 spare spaces in my car if anyone wants to travel up with me - I live in Drayton, north Portsmouth. (Full details of address will be given.)

We will be walking from West Marden, to Compton then circle back to West Marden

There are a few up and downs as we are in the South Downs, with paths generally good, with a bit of road walking. Due to the time of year, likely to be some mud about so would suggest walking booties or wellies and wet weather gear, as the weather may be inclement. From memory a couple of stiles to clamber over.

Refreshments at the end of the walk in the Victoria Inn, which has a typical, but good pub menu, which I will be partaking.

Events are free, but if you haven’t paid the £3 joining fee online, please bring the exact £3 cash to your first event. Guests are now required to pay the £3 fee also.
