AN EASY 6 MILE CIRCULAR WALK FROM BURSELDON VIA THE PINK FERRY AT HAMBLE LE RICE

Please join me in an easy 6 mile circular walk from the railway station car park to Hamble-Le-Rice, where we will take refreshments. There are plenty of places to choose from, although it will be busy. We'll allow 45mins to 1 hour for lunch.
After we will cross the Hamble to Warsash aboard the Pink Ferry ( Single Fare £3 cash only).
Once we've disembarked, we will follow the river bank through the tidal marshes towards Swanwick . As it is likely to be warm ( I wish) we'll take a further refreshment break at the Banana Bistro before returning back to the station car park.
The walk will involve some road walking.
I have limited the numbers attending to 24, as the ferry can only take 12 pax per crossing, otherwise we may be waiting for everyone to cross.
Events are free, but if you haven’t paid the £3 joining fee online, please bring the exact £3 cash to your first event. Guests are now required to pay the £3 fee also.
Please be courteous to the host and update your rsvp in plenty of time if you cannot attend.
