Ready for a little adventure starting at 10am, due to the heat? We’re heading out on a 4‑mile countryside wander full of fresh air, friendly faces, and just enough ups and downs to make you feel pleasantly smug about your step count.

The route rolls gently through fields and footpaths, with a few mini‑hills to keep things interesting — the sort that make you say “Ooh, that was steeper than it looked” and then immediately pretend you’re absolutely fine.

We’ll also encounter one single, glorious stile. Consider it your moment to shine. Climb it. Conquer it. Become one with it. Then carry on as if you do this sort of thing every day.

This walk is dog‑friendly, so feel free to bring your four‑legged sidekick along for the fun. Expect wagging tails, muddy paws, and the occasional “Are we nearly there yet?” look.

There’s free parking just up from The Farmer Inn on the left‑hand side heading south, so arriving is easy and stress‑free.

And once we’ve completed our heroic countryside loop, we’ll head to The Farmer Inn for well‑earned refreshments — the perfect reward for your stile‑conquering brilliance.
