Come enjoy a fun-filled weekend of outdoor activities, good food, relaxation, and meeting new people!

*All locations are within Mayfaire Town Center and Wrightsville Beach.
If we choose to see a live band, it will be in Downtown Wilmington
* Pool day and BBQ is at a private luxury apartment pool and club house located in Mayfair and Gordon road area.

Weekend schedule (weather permitting):

Saturday
Meetup at Smith Creek Park, exact location shared to paid Participants

10:00 AM – Outdoor Activities Choose your vibe: • Walking & light jogging
• Pickleball
• Casual football toss (no tackling)
• Bird watching
• General outdoor fun & socializing
1:00 PM – Lunch & Mingle
Relax, eat, and connect with the group.
3:00 PM – Afternoon Adventures
Depending on weather, we may enjoy: • Local events & festivals
• Beach day
• Pool day
7:00 PM – Night Out Enjoy Wilmington nightlife with: • Live bands
• Dancing
• Karaoke
• Local entertainment spots

Sunday
10:00 AM – Church Meetup
Service at Community Church located in Mayfair area. Host will share the exact Church name to paid participants.
(Church attendance is optional. You may also choose to meet later for brunch and adventures.)

11:30 AM – Brunch/Lunch
1:00 PM – Relaxed Park Walk
Easy-paced 45-minute social walk.
2:30 PM – 5:00 PM – Poolside Relaxation Enjoy a laid-back pool day with: • Complimentary BBQ
• Non-alcoholic beverages provided by the host
• BYOB for alcoholic beverages.

Membership Information
Weekly membership: • Adults: $35 per person
• Children (10+ only): $25 per child paid in cash, venmo , cashapp.

(All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)
Membership dues help cover: • Organized activities
• Food & beverages
• Park & recreation fees
• Event registrations & hosting expenses
Payment is required at least 3 days before the weekend activities.
All payments are non-refundable.
