I started by organising these events to spread love and kindness, which is a big purpose in my life. I also run other projects that may benefit you or others because I have seen a big need for them. It has been so successful in every way, more than I ever imagined, and they have helped so many people in so many ways, which filled my heart with so much joy. You will need to be quick because they fill up quick!
We are building an incredible community, and even some people say a family.
We have been building something special and changing people's lives for the better, and everyone is a part of that, so thank you. Hopefully, you will join this group to improve your wellbeing and health.

My name is Mark D'Arcy, and I am the founder and creator of the New Forest Wellbeing Group, which aims to help you with your wellbeing and mental health and have a lot of fun doing it. The group will be doing walks, talking from the heart, picnics, camping, meals out, and other events.
My own purpose in life is to spread kindness and love with a caring attitude. This is the perfect way to achieve that, along with the other projects I do. Also, I am trying to change the world by bringing people together through spreading kindness, love, and compassion, which fills my own heart with so much joy! It’s a win-win for everyone.
I believe I can help you find some happiness and hopefully understand yourself more, especially in this crazy world we live in.
I encourage everyone to bring an open mind and a willingness to meet new people and make lasting, meaningful friendships. Our group will aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for anyone who needs it, and everyone over 18 is welcome. I will also offer some mindfulness and self-care strategies on our walks to help promote positive mental health.
The purpose is to bring like-minded people together while socialising face-to-face, helping people combat loneliness and mental health issues while having some meaningful conversations and connections.
My goal is to create a community where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. I hope to inspire and empower our members to lead healthier and happier lives.

I am now the super proud founder of New Forest Wellbeing CIC. This is a community interest company where all the profits go back to the community. I currently don't even take a wage, so 100% goes back.

The new system requires that you pay by bank transfer right away in order to make a reservation; if you do not already have the information, you can obtain it. I respectfully ask for a donation of a minimum of £3, as all proceeds go to New Forest Wellbeing CIC. If anyone is struggling or not working, please message me, and I will absolutely find a solution. This will not happen, but if you choose not to go, you have shown kindness by contributing to the community.
Important: I want to spend my time helping people, not chasing them, so if you book without paying, your name will be deleted.
This is an exciting new journey for me and everyone else in the community. More events, different events, and making a difference to the world. What experiences and emotions will this bring? One thing's for sure: if we don't make different choices that lead to different experiences, our lives will stay the same.

I do have one polite request. Please let anyone who is booked on attend or cancel no later than 48 hours before the walk. Therefore, let's all work together to help as many people as possible because people are getting moved from the waiting list to going close to the day and already have plans. If anyone is not sure if they will be up for it until the day because of medical reasons, please drop me a message, and I will make some arrangements for you. I am here to help everyone.
My meaningful purpose is to spread kindness and love with a caring attitude. This is the perfect way to achieve that. One of the greatest pleasures in life is going for a walk in nature. It clears your mind, stretches your limbs, and gives you time to appreciate your surroundings and the simple things in life, which we can so easily forget to do in our day-to-day lives.
I would love to welcome you to join us in this safe environment where we talk from the heart, not the head, while enjoying nature. Please do not worry about the pace; everyone is welcome.The walk is around 4 miles on tracks and some heathland! The plan is to stop at the halfway point and enjoy the views for 10 minutes while having a snack and a drink. It will take 2 to 2.5 hours.

📍 Start & Finish: Bartley Lodge Hotel
The wonderful hotel manager has kindly supported us in making this event happen.
🕤 Arrival: 9:30am in the drawing room – optional tea or coffee
🗣️ A short, heartfelt talk 10am
🥾 Walk begins: 10:15am
🍽️ Back for lunch: around 1:15pm
The walk is about 6 miles through the stunning New Forest. There is absolutely no pace requirement – we move together, support one another, and make sure no one is left behind. It’s about the experience, not the distance.
What you’ll experience is different for everyone. People leave with a deep sense of connection, peace, and joy. It’s the kind of feeling that lingers long after the event is over – and many have told me they’re still smiling days later. That is what happens when we live in the present moment and change those unloving feelings.***
