# Attachment Styles Workshop: Build Healthier, More Secure Relationships

Why do some relationships make us feel calm and connected, while others trigger anxiety, withdrawal, overthinking, or fear of rejection?
Our Attachment Styles Workshop is an interactive experience designed to help you better understand how you connect with others, recognize the patterns that may be holding you back, and learn practical tools for developing a more secure attachment style.
Attachment theory describes four common ways people tend to experience closeness, conflict, and emotional connection:

Secure Attachment
People with secure attachment generally feel comfortable with intimacy and independence. They can communicate their needs, trust others, set healthy boundaries, and navigate conflict without assuming the relationship is in danger. Even securely attached people can have triggers, but they tend to recover and reconnect more easily.

Anxious Attachment
People with anxious attachment often deeply value closeness but may worry about rejection, abandonment, or whether someone truly cares about them. This can lead to overthinking, seeking frequent reassurance, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or becoming highly sensitive to changes in another person's behavior.

Avoidant Attachment
People with avoidant attachment may highly value independence and become uncomfortable when relationships feel emotionally intense or demanding. Common patterns can include withdrawing during conflict, minimizing emotions, having difficulty expressing needs, or distancing themselves when someone gets too close.

Fearful-Avoidant / Disorganized Attachment
People with this attachment style may crave connection while simultaneously fearing it. Relationships can sometimes feel like a push-and-pull between wanting intimacy and needing to escape it. This can create difficulty trusting others, emotional highs and lows, inconsistent boundaries, or shutting down when vulnerability feels overwhelming.

The good news: attachment patterns aren't life sentences. With awareness, intentional practice, healthier relationships, and the right tools, people can develop what is sometimes called earned secure attachment.

During this workshop, we'll move beyond simply identifying your attachment style. You'll explore your personal relationship patterns, triggers, communication habits, boundaries, and emotional needs while learning strategies for responding in healthier and more secure ways.

The workshop will also include guided small-group activities and discussions, giving you an opportunity to practice communication, explore real-life scenarios, and learn from others in a supportive environment. Participation and sharing are always encouraged at your own comfort level.
For anyone who would like to go deeper, optional 1-on-1 coaching will also be available to help you explore your individual attachment patterns, relationships, and goals in a more personalized setting.

Whether you're single, dating, partnered, healing from a breakup, or simply interested in understanding yourself better, this workshop can help you build stronger relationship skills and move toward relationships that feel safer, healthier, and more connected.

Come curious. Leave with a better understanding of yourself—and practical tools for creating more secure connections.
