In his book, The Spiritual Exercises of ECK, Harold Klemp shares over 100 special spiritual exercises and offers methods of reaching out spiritually to create your own exercises and tweak an exercise so it fits you better. These exercises can lead you to your own Soul Travel or past-life experience. They are designed to enhance your awareness of your relationship with Holy Spirit (also known as ECK).
