Ashram Exploration and a Yoga Class

I came across an Ashram during my never-ending yoga exploration located in Palm Bay and thought it'd be fun for us to check it out together. It sits on twenty acres of pinewood land in the St. John's River basin and offers daily yoga.

This is a fully functioning Ashram with Temple services twice a day and various other spiritual offerings, which you're welcome to explore if interested. There's a Temple service at 6:30 PM before the yoga class if you'd like to check it out on your own. This event will begin with the yoga class at 7 PM.

This event is focused on checking out the beautiful grounds, practicing a traditional form of yoga and connecting with one another as we have interesting experiences in our new home. On Tuesdays they offer a "yoga flow" and ask you to bring your own mat. Beginners are welcome. $10 per class can be paid directly to the teacher.

Dinner after will be an option for those interested.
