**NJDSB 👠 🦋 Group Guidelines**

Hey everyone! Just like any community, we have some rules for our group that we ask you to follow to ensure a positive experience for all. Ignoring these guidelines may result in removal from the group.

1. **Profile Photos**: Please use a recent, clear photo of yourself as your profile picture. This helps us recognize each other at our meet-ups.

2. **RSVP Policy**: It's crucial that you RSVP for events. If you frequently cancel after RSVPing, you may be removed from the group. Last-minute cancellations—within two hours of a meetup, or eight hours if we’ve reserved a table—put you at risk for removal. If you can’t attend, please message the organizer directly. We prefer not to have reasons for your absence shared in the event comments, as they are meant for those who are attending.

3. **Meet-up Attendance**: After you join, we ask that you attend at least one meet-up within 30 to 45 days. If you are inactive, the organizer may choose to remove your profile.

4. **Group Photos**: At our meet-ups, we may take group photos. These images represent our community, so we aim to capture the best moments. Keep in mind that these aren’t formal photo shoots; our primary focus is on enjoying each other’s company and the activities.

5. **No Shows**: If you miss your first meet-up, please reach out to the organizer within 24 to 72 hours—life happens, and we understand that emergencies can arise. If you don’t get in touch during this time, you may be permanently removed from the group.
