Grouse Creek Yurt trip

Join us on January 23-25th for a weekend of skiing in the Colorado backcountry. The Grouse Creek Yurt is perched at 11,200' and is a 4-mile ski-in from the highway. With three significant hills and over 1000' elevation gain, this is not a trip for beginners. After all that hard work, we are rewarded with beautiful views of the Sangre De Cristo Range in the distance. There is varied terrain with lots of opportunities for all skiing abilities. If the snow cooperates, there is also an opportunity to follow the Red Lake trail up into the open expenses of the South San Juan Wilderness.
