The New Paradigm Institute, founded by acclaimed civil rights and Constitutional attorney Daniel Sheehan, is dedicated to advocating for the public release of information held by the government surrounding the issue of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), or what has commonly been known as Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs). Despite efforts by key Congressional committees, the truth has been withheld by powerful interests within the Military Industrial Complex and defense contractors. It's up to us to reclaim control and demand transparency from our government. By educating and mobilizing ourselves, we can push for UFO and UAP disclosure to ensure our government serves the public good. Get Involved-- submit a Letter to the Editor, organize town halls or lead local efforts for Citizens for Disclosure. Whether you're hosting educational events, delivering petitions, phone banking, or canvassing door-to-door, your participation is vital.

•Online2025 Global Disclosure Day Special Event with the New Paradigm Institute

As New Paradigm Institute's South Carolina State Coordinator for Citizens for Disclosure I would like to invite all of you to join us on Sunday, October 19th for a special event! We ask that you sign-up here at meet-up to to show your support for UAP disclosure and then register with New Paradigm Institute at the Link we will provide upon registration.
Born out of NPI’s Citizens for Disclosure grassroots movement, Global Disclosure Day began in 2024 as a rallying point around the historic UAP Records Collection law. While Executive Branch agencies have now received an extension until September 30, 2025 to submit all their UAP related information to the National Archive for public release, the overarching question remains: will disclosure finally come?
On October 19, we’ll stream a dynamic online event consisting of the following;
Segment One: UAP history, investigations, disinformation, and recent breakthroughs.Segment Two: Framing disclosure as a grassroots movement—like Civil Rights—requiring persistence and civic engagement.
Segment Three: (Live): A powerful dialogue moderated by Dr. Jim Garrison, featuring Richard Dolan, Col. Karl Nell, Danny Sheehan, Rep. Eric Burlison, Ross Coulthart, Anna Brady-Estevez, Reed Summers, Chris Bledsoe, Kristin Fisher, and more. This panel will be modeled approximately after the UAP Records Review Board concept that was part of the original vision for the UAP Disclosure Act — hence there will be a multitude of voices and expertise on hand, representing a broad array of communities: scientists, media personalities, lawyers, government officials, experiencers, etc.
The day will close with Danny Sheehan and Dr. Jim Garrison reflecting on the future of disclosure and the role of public action.
