See all- Meet My Music: Virtual Studio HangLink visible for attendees
We have so much talent in the HOME community and so many new people joining. This is your chance to get connected!
What have you been working on? Bring whatever you've got and share it in a laid-back and friendly setting. It's a casual, come-as-you-are space where everyone is welcome. Share your music, talk about your process, and discover new collaborators.
If you lean more to the industry side of things, share some music from the artists that you represent. We'd love to hear what you're working with! If you would like to share, please have a link ready because we cannot stream files - links only. Or if you just want to say something or show off your studio, that is fine too!
This event will be led by HOME's A&R Team, a specially skilled committee who select Homies to participate in collaborative writing sessions and make music that is valuable for sync licensing.

Logan Crowell was a dedicated songwriter and multi-instrumentalist before diving into the music industry by moving to Nashville at 32 to study music business and production at Belmont University. After his first semester, Logan founded Record Realization, an artist development company, and then created the innovative 'Voice to Venue' concept, becoming the entertainment director for over a dozen live music venues. These ventures allowed Logan to work with over 50 artists in production, booking, management, strategy and marketing.
These early projects set the stage for his ultimate creation, HOME - Helping Our Music Evolve. Through HOME, Logan has worked with hundreds of creators, including artists like Briston Maroney, Lainey Wilson, Lee Brice, Sarah Evans, Filmore, and Brothers Osborne. His true passion lies in nurturing emerging talent and helping them navigate the industry. Logan's expertise in pitching music has opened doors to major companies such as Concord, BMG, peermusic, Secret Road, Big Yellow Dog, and Prescription Songs. His introductions have led HOME Members to secure lucrative sync placements, sign with top managers, and land record deals.

Here's a little bit about this week's host and HOME A&R Coordinator:
Pal Sheldon is the founder of Artec Sync, a company that showcases a hand-selected, diverse catalog of songs curated from a global team of artists and writers. Each song is individually chosen, and Artec's in-house writers and producers also create custom music for briefs.
Recent sync placements include: Grownish on Hulu/Disney, Ruby and the Well on BYUtv, and two songs in Anora - an indie film and Palme d’Or Winner at Cannes 2024.
Pal is known for building strong relationships with artists and music supervisors, driven by the belief that a great song will always find its place to shine. Artec actively seeks new songs to represent, welcoming submissions from artists worldwide.

- Women's Music Industry Support Group: Redefining SuccessHOME - Helping Our Music Evolve, Nashville, TN
We're inviting women from all corners of the music industry - business, creative, touring, and PR - for a monthly support group. This is a safe and confidential space where you can share the highs and lows of your journey, be yourself, and connect with others who could become part of your support system. Each month, we’ll focus on a different topic, from jealousy to burnout to motherhood.
This month, we’ll look at "Redefining Success: Creating a Career That Feeds You, Not Just Your Resume."
In a world where success is often measured in followers, streams, press placements, or who you’re working with, it’s easy to lose sight of what truly feels fulfilling. Maybe you're chasing goals that no longer resonate. Maybe you're doing all the “right” things and still feeling burned out. Or maybe you're quietly thriving, but comparing yourself to someone else’s highlight reel.
This month, we’re creating space to talk honestly about what success means to you. We'll explore the tension between external validation and internal satisfaction, and how to build a career that aligns with your values, your joy, and your long-term well-being.
Whether you choose to share or simply listen, rest assured that every participant signs a confidentiality agreement, ensuring that what’s said in the room stays in the room.

Free tea and coffee will be available, or BYOB, so you can settle in and make yourself at home.
The discussion will be moderated by Femke, an award-winning songwriter, producer, and record label owner. Femke also serves on the boards of the Helping Music Foundation and the Recording Academy and is a passionate advocate for women and mothers in music.
Join us for a cozy evening of sharing and support as we work through these challenges together, and remind each other that we do belong.
