This is a rare opportunity for you as this is a private estate and I have been given special permission to guide you around the large estate and see the houses, fields and woodlands areas. Hence the maximum number. It will be about 4 miles and flat but we will be going slowly to take in the whole atmosphere. So should you book, I will require payment in advance which is non-refundable unless I have a replacement. You can transfer the money to the account below and let me know when done.
