Details
IF YOU ARE LATE ARRIVING BECAUSE OF THE EARLY START, DON'T WORRY, CALL ME AND WE WILL MEET YOU PART WAY ROUND.
I last did this walk last year for the group and it is very nice. I can also offer free access to the Semaphore Tower which is normally closed so come along for a new experience. I have said an ending at 1.15 but if we spend longer at the tower it may be a little later.
The postcode to use is KT11 3NU.

This is a 5 mile circular walk with surprise, surprise, loads of stiles. It takes in lots of fields and passes Chatley Semaphore tower and is a lovely walk that I have enjoyed a few times. It is reasonable flat but we do have a short spell walking along a not so busy busy road at the start with no pavement for much of the way, so we have to be careful
It is on road parking which should be OK
For members of the regular walking scheme it is free, for others £4.
NO DOGS PLEASE.
You can call me on 07395 004461 (my new phone number) and can easily catch up if you are a few minutes late.
People keep getting lost due to their sat navs. So from the A3, come off at the Painshill junction and head towards Cobham. Down the hill, over a roundabout by Sainsbury's to another roundabout. Turn right and by Waitrose, turn right onto Downside Road. When you reach the Cricketers Pub on your left, Downside Common Road is the next turning on your left.
