Our last one sold out as space is extremely limited so get your tickets ASAP) Join a fun and friendly group and safely set out onto the NYC streets to explore amazing graveyards, hauntings and some of the spookiest deeds ever done! It will be an enjoyable way to explore, learn and socialize. We’ll set you up on teams and give you everything you need to know to help find the clues. Space is limited to 20 participants. Following the hunt you will have the option to safely socialize at an outdoor venue. We will enforce strict Covid 19 precautions during this event (see below) How does it work? If you come alone we will set you up on teams of 5. Each team will have 90 minute to find as many of the clues we give you. When finished will return to a set location for socializing food & drinks. Prizes are awarded to those finding the most clues. What are we looking for? Lower Manhattan in the early 1600's till now has been the site of hangings, hauntings, massacres, explosions, and other not so nice and creepy things. You will be scouring Bowling Green to City Hall, visiting (supposedly haunted places), searching for history-markers and doing some research on things that have happened. Covid-19 Protocols: *We will take non-contact temperatures when you arrive. *Hunt is limited to 20 people with tams of up to 5. * Face masks must be worn when within close proximity. * Social distancing is a must. FAQs: How do I find group? We will meet in front of the Fraunces Tavern. Host contact info will be emailed to all paid attendees. Dress Code? Dress for the weather as you will be outside. What if it rains? We will contact attendees with a rain date. Can I come alone? These sell out quickly so if you'd like participate, please register ASAP) Meet singles in your age group from the safety and comfort of your own home. This event is for professionals who live or work in NY Tri-State area. You will meet singles via your computer with webcam or smartphone/tablet (strong WiFi connection required if using a phone). The event will take place in a Virtual Room using Zoom (Zoom is a free download and super easy to use). HOW DOES IT WORK? We will break participants into pairs of two, just like we do with traditional speed dating. You will get to speak to each dates for a specified amount of time (typically 4-6 minutes). After the specified number of minutes, the guys will rotate to the next date and the process continues. Just like with traditional speed dating, at the end of the event you will be able to let us know who you were interested in. We will send you both mutual matches (you picked them and they picked you) as well as one way matches (they picked you but you did not pick them). You are given 20 minutes from the end of the event to let us know who you are interested in and will receive the results the same night (usually within one hour) or the next morning. You will not have to wait 24 hours or more to get your results. The minimum number of potential dates will be 5 and the maximum will be about 10. If there are less than 5 members of the opposite sex in attendance, you would get credit for a future Virtual event. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How do I find the Virtual/Zoom Room? After you purchase your ticket, you will get a confirmation appear on your screen along with the Zoom link for you to use to log in. *Cost is between $20-$25 depending on how early you register.
