What we’re about
Please visit nycwriters.org for details about our meeting format, how to submit your work, and more.
As of February, 2023 we are back to meeting in person for the first time in three years! Attendance via Zoom is also available for all of our meetings.
We are a group for writers (mostly based in and near New York City) to discuss the craft and critique our work. We've got a great membership of diverse, insightful writers who bring varied perspectives to the discussion. Each meeting, we spend some time discussing a topic related to the art and craft of writing. Then we workshop submissions by members, which are distributed for reading ahead of time.
