This group is for private companies in New York with the infrastructure, assets and vision to succeed that could also benefit from additional support in: 1) Identifying appropriate pools of capital to fund the continued growth of their businesses 2) Attaining introductions to potential strategic partners 3) Inking relationships to pursue mergers, acquisitions and/or sales 4) Attaining strategic advice for maximizing shareholder value and/or monetizing assets.
