Eastern Lucid Dreamers

## Exploring Dreams Together

This is a recurring meetup held every Thursday for people who are curious about lucid dreaming, dreams, creativity, and the hidden life of the mind.
You do not need any experience to join. You may have had lucid dreams before, or you may simply be interested in understanding what dreams are and why they matter. Either way, this is a friendly space to talk, listen, ask questions, and explore the subject with others.
We will discuss things like dream recall, dream journals, lucid dreaming techniques, common dream experiences, creativity in dreams, dream yoga, and what modern research says about dreaming and sleep.
The meetup is informal and conversational.
You are welcome to share your own experiences, but there is no pressure to do so.
Toward the end, I will also briefly introduce my lucid dreaming course for anyone who wants a more structured way to learn the practice. The meetup itself is open and valuable whether or not you decide to take the course.

Come with curiosity, questions, and an open mind.
