We'll first visit Stone Barns Center, a working farm and education hub at the forefront of regenerative agriculture. We'll wander scenic farm paths, observe grazing livestock, peek into greenhouses, and learn how they're reshaping the future of food. The atmosphere is peaceful, the views are sweeping, and the entire experience offers a deep appreciation for nature and nourishment.

Next, we'll take a short scenic drive and tour Lyndhurst Mansion, one of the country’s most stunning examples of Gothic Revival architecture. Set atop a hill overlooking the Hudson River, the former estate of railroad tycoon Jay Gould. We'll explore ornate interiors, art collections, and manicured grounds. Even a walk around the estate’s 67 acres, shaded trails, rose gardens, and dramatic views is a treat on a warm day. You can choose not to do the tour and just walk the grounds.

We'll finish our day exploring the charming town of Tarrytown where we will have a delicious meal together before heading back.

We will meet in the city and travel together in a comfortable passenger van.
