We’re heading up to the Hudson Valley for a day that combines art, nature, scenic views, and one of the coolest small towns outside NYC. First we’ll spend a few hours at Storm King Art Center, a massive 500-acre outdoor sculpture park where huge modern art installations are spread across rolling hills, fields, forests, and walking paths. It’s one of those places that feels completely different from the city, peaceful, open, and surprisingly immersive. You’ll wander through giant sculptures rising out of the landscape, hidden art tucked into the trees, and wide scenic views of the Hudson Valley. It’s part museum, part nature escape, and part photography paradise.
After Storm King, we’ll head over to Beacon, one of the Hudson Valley’s most vibrant small towns. Beacon has a great energy, artsy without trying too hard, with a walkable Main Street full of cafés, bookstores, breweries, vintage shops, galleries, and restaurants.
We'll grab some food together before heading back
We will meet in the city and travel together (transportation provided)
The cost of the trip is $74 which includes tickets to Storm King Art Center
