Join use for a day exploring the fascinating world of aviation and space at the Cradle of Aviation Museum on Long Island.

We'll spend the day checking out everything from historic aircraft and helicopters to spacecraft and interactive exhibits, with plenty to see even if you're not an aviation buff.
We'll also catch one of the planetarium's immersive shows, taking us beyond the museum and into space with a full-dome experience.

We'll also visit the Nassau County Firefighters Museum, located right next door. The museum takes you through the history of firefighting with historic fire trucks, equipment, uniforms, and stories of the men and women who have put their lives on the line to protect their communities. It's a surprisingly interesting look at how firefighting has evolved over the years and a nice change of pace from the aviation exhibits.

It's a great option for a day when the weather isn't cooperating and a fun chance to explore something completely different.
After, we'll grab a meal together and relax before heading back to the city.

We will meet in the city and travel together (transportation provided).
The cost of the trip is $86 and it includes tickets to both, Cradle of Aviation (and planetarium show) and Firefighter Museum.
