This hands-on lab focuses on the architecture of modular AI applications. Participants will build a functional Intelligence Dashboard using Streamlit in Snowflake and Snowflake Cortex, working with real world data.

The Project
In this session, we provide a base Streamlit application layered over a table of parsed and vectorized financial text. From this base, you will implement a suite of specialized AI components:

  • `CORTEX.TRANSLATE`
  • `CORTEX.SENTIMENT`
  • `CORTEX.EXTRACT_ENTITIES`
  • `CORTEX.COMPLETE`
  • `CORTEX.SUMMARIZE`
  • `CORTEX.EXTRACT_ANSWER`

You will learn how to architect governed, multi-functional AI tools that remain entirely within Snowflake.

Requirements
