Session 1 Title: DAX Tips from a Power BI CAT (Philip Seamark, Senior Program Manager at Microsoft Power BI CAT)

Phil will walk you through the techniques used by the Power BI team when debugging and optimising DAX in large enterprise models.

These apply equally for small and medium-size models. Come away knowing how to identify and speed up slow running DAX calculations.

Session 2 Title: Azure AD for non-developers (Rory Braybrook, Microsoft MVP)

Azure AD is at the core of protecting your users in Azure. It offers support for authentication and authorisation and is surrounded by a layer of security using AI and ML to proactively secure your environment. We'll take a quick, no-code tour around the functionality and see what it can offer you.
