Welcome to a community dedicated to grounding, restoring, and connecting through the practice of yoga.
My goal is to create an intentional, trauma-informed space where you can move your body in the fresh air. Whether you are a dedicated student or it’s your first time ever on a mat, ALL LEVELS are welcomed into this supportive and gentle Saturday morning flow.

I believe yoga is for everyone. Come exactly as you are, can’t wait to practice with you!
