Each week we begin with a guided meditation and short discussion on one of the attitudes of mindfulness – perhaps acceptance, letting go, or beginner’s mind. Then we turn our attention to preparing simple, nourishing food together. Whether we're baking bread, making soup, or preparing a shared salad, the focus is on sensory awareness, collaboration, and presence. Cooking becomes a creative and grounding act, and eating together offers an opportunity for connection and reflection. This session is open to all – no culinary experience needed – and ingredients are provided. It’s a chance to bring mindfulness off the cushion and into everyday life, while building confidence and community.
