Breathe, Grow, Connect – Mondays at the Mindful Garden
Each Monday, we gather in the peaceful surroundings of the Mindful Garden to explore a different foundational attitude of mindfulness through meditation, connection, and hands-on gardening. After a short, accessible meditation and group reflection, we bring our intention into the garden – planting herbs, tending vegetables, getting our hands in the soil, and observing the natural world. This class encourages a sense of wonder, patience, and non-striving, allowing participants to slow down and grow alongside the plants. Whether you're new to mindfulness or experienced, this is an opportunity to reconnect with nature, explore mindfulness in action, and experience the grounding benefits of being outdoors. Sometimes the best therapy is dirty hands, good food, and laughter in the great outdoors. No experience necessary – just curiosity. Booking is required each week so we can prepare tools and materials, when weather is inclement sessions are held at the Mindful Therapies Centre.
