Free one hour taster session to introduce a new 4 week course starting in March. This session will provide an overveiw of the course.The course provides a supportive introduction to mindful breathing - with no pressure to control the breath or 'do it right.
Helpful for anxiety, overwhelm and busy minds.No previous experience needed.
