Our workouts accommodate all fitness levels so whether you're just getting started or training for a marathon, we've got you covered!

Join us for:
• CIRCUIT TRAINING
• BOOT CAMP
• PERSONAL TRAINING

All sessions are 45 minutes and include a dynamic warm up and cool down.

​Circuit Training: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT workout) ​rotating around the gym using a variety of equipment (battle ropes, Bosu balls, TRX, slam balls, wall balls, trampolines etc.) for a great full-body workout using the "afterburn" effect. It will have you burning calories for up to 48 hours afterwards.​

Boot Camp: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT workout) that pairs strength training with dumbbells/body weight and cardio to help you tone up and burn the maximum calories. (Please bring a yoga mat or towel with you to this workout)
