Come Think With Us!

Join a friendly, relaxed group for thoughtful conversation and shared curiosity - no lectures, exams, or pressure. Some people bring a short reading or a few notes; others are happy to listen and join in when they wish. There’s no need for prior study or specialist knowledge.

We take our time with ideas, look beyond sound bites, and enjoy the pleasure of thinking things through together. The atmosphere is informal and good-natured, with an emphasis on getting along. Philosophy is better in good company.

At a typical meeting, we start with a short reading and a round of introductions, so faces quickly become familiar. Sometimes a member will offer a few thoughts or questions to get the conversation going, but there’s no expectation to speak unless you’d like to.

Many people come along just to listen at their first meeting. You’re very welcome to take part at your own pace.

This week we explore - Natural Law
ST I-II, Q. 94, a. 2 – "Whether the natural law contains several precepts, or only one?"

These events are FREE. If this sounds like your sort of thing, you’d be very welcome to come along.

Location: Café in Newcastle West, Fenham – contact David (dv.inbox@icloud.com) for more details.
