NATURE WALK: BACK BAY NEWPORT BEACH

• JOIN US FOR A FREE SLOW-PACED CONTEMPLATIVE NATURE WALK THROUGH THE BACK BAY! LEARN ABOUT SHRUBBERY, DIRT, AND PIGEONS! NO I'M KIDDING! THIS WILL BE FUN AND INFORMATIVE! AND FREE! THERE MIGHT BE SOME SHRUBBERY DISCUSSION THOUGH, YOU NEVER KNOW.

We will be lead by Emma Arago, a Resource Specialist from O C parks.
Her title is: Resource Specialist - Upper Newport Bay Nature Preserve

• Time: 3-5pm (ending time can be flexible depending on the group’s desires/needs)

• Meeting Point: Peter and Mary Muth Interpretive Center
• The interpretive center is located a short walk down from the upper parking lot at the corner of University Dr. and Irvine Ave. There are signs directing you down from the main parking lot.
• Distance: 3 mile loop
• What to Bring: water, closed-toe shoes, layers and sun protection as needed
