Join in on the Guinness Book of World Records Largest Swing Dance party ! Learn to dance the Balboa Swing Dance with friends and neighbors!
Meet at 5th Avenue Bagelry and Donuts at 9:30 707 East Oceanfront, Unit A, Newport Beach.
We meet at the Bagelry and Donuts at 10 am. Grab a coffee and a munchie. Then, we check in at the Peninsula Park. It's right there, from 10:30 to 11 am. NEXT at 11:15 to 11:45 is the 30 minute Balboa Dance class with the GOAL of setting an official Guiness Book of World records for largest SWING Dance class in history!
11:45 to 12:30 judges deliberation, There will be a LIVE BIG BAND playing swing music.
Get your GROOVE on and spend a FUN afternoon visting , dancing or watching this outside park event held at PENINSULA PARK.
Bring hat , sunscreen ,a folding chair and your dancing shoes or just plan to watch the festivities as the dance class attempts to set a WORLD RECORD! No dance partner is required !
