Large Group Yoga at St. Mark's Cathedral

If you're new in town, and you're into yoga...

Ever wanted to join 50 or more people doing a group yoga class... in an episcopal church? A great, unique experience, unlike doing yoga anywhere else. They've been doing it for years and I enjoyed it recently so wanted to share it with folks on meetup. If you do yoga, and haven't done this practice, it's worth a visit.

Doors open at 6 pm. Doors lock at 6:30 pm. so don't be late.

The cost is pay what you can with a suggested donation of $10-$20, but definitely not required. There's a collection box right as you enter and Venmo information as well.

If anyone wants to grab food or a drink or something afterwards, let's discuss. Also, for the Seattle folks who don't drive, ask and I may be able to give you a lift back.

Join me for this cool event. The space is large and we don't have to set up near each other, by any means. But if you'd like to practice near each other in a room if 50-100 people, let's find each other and stake out a spot.
