Join 24 fellow pizza lovers for a Pizza Flight at Bonobo!
For €20, you'll enjoy 8 different Bonobo pizzas (one slice of each), rate every slice, and help crown the ultimate winner. If you've ever done a beer or wine flight, it's the same idea—except with pizza. 🍕

We'll have our own reserved area in Bonobo's beautiful beer garden, where you'll taste, rate, debate, and (probably) passionately defend your favourite slice by the end of the night. 🍕🔥

## The Plan

🍻 6:30pm — Meet in Bonobo's beer garden.
🍕 7:00pm — The Pizza Flight begins! You'll receive your tasting card, sample all eight pizzas, rate each slice, and help decide which one should be crowned The Big Cheese.
🍺 Afterwards — Stick around for drinks, chats, and the inevitable debates about which pizza should have won. Bonobo has an excellent craft beer selection and cocktails that are well worth trying if you'd like to keep the evening going.

## 🍕 The Flight

You'll receive one slice of each of the following:
🍕 Margherita
Tomato, mozzarella & basil
🌶️ Pepperoni
Tomato, mozzarella, basil, spicy salami, jalapeño & nduja cream
🥓 Carbonara
Cream base, mozzarella, guanciale, pecorino, egg yolk & black pepper
🍊 Truffle & Orange Zest
Pecorino & mozzarella base, toasted pistachios, truffle salsa, orange zest & honey
🌭 Sausage
Tomato, mozzarella, chorizo, Calabrian sausage, caramelised onion & White Mausu Peanut Rayu
🥔 Potato & Pancetta
Cream base, mozzarella, rosemary roasted potato, smoked pancetta, parmesan & black pepper
🟢 Mortadella & Pistachio
Pistachio cream base, mozzarella, mortadella, whipped ricotta & pistachio crumb
🎲 "Special" Slice
A surprise pizza to round out the flight from the day's Specials.

## 💰 Important

Cost: €20 per person
This includes 8 slices of pizza (one slice from each of the eight) and your place in the Pizza Flight Challenge.

Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
✅ As all pizzas are pre-ordered for the group, no substitutions or dietary changes can be accommodated.
✅ No refunds within 48 hours of the event.

Bonobo's beer garden is covered and heated, so we'll be well looked after whatever the Irish weather decides to do.
