This session is an invitation to pause and take a look at perfectionism. The voice that says, “You can do better,” “Don’t get it wrong,” or “If you just try harder, everything will be okay.”
Instead of trying to silence it, we’ll learn to understand the fear beneath its drive for control.
We’ll explore the role of the inner perfectionist:

✨ The deeper fears it protects
✨ How to move from rigidity toward trust
During this interactive workshop, we will:
- Do a guided meditation to uncover how your perfectionist part shows up
- Explore what this part is protecting you from and what it truly needs
- Practice tools for softening the pressure
- Share reflections in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free circle
