What we’re about
WHO ARE WE
This group is for millennials living in New Hampshire. If you'd like to socialize, then this is your group!
Our definition of "millennial" is pretty loose, so don't get hung up on whether you are one or not. We won't card you.
If you have an idea for a meetup event, please reach out and we'll try to make it happen!
THINGS WE SCHEDULE
Short story discussion, hiking trips, potlucks, trivia nights, adventures around the state —anything that helps you build meaningful connections and friendships.
WE DO NOT...
...schedule events for business owners or anyone else who is obviously trying to sell something to members of this group.
...tolerate unkind behavior. Basically, be nice or leave.
...take ourselves too seriously.

## Details
WELCOME! Meet us for a discussion of a short story, posted here a few days before the meeting. We hope you'll read the story in advance, gather your thoughts and chat with other fans of good writing. You don't have to be a former English major to enjoy this; consider the story an ice breaker. This Meetup is ideal if you've been looking to get to know people and make friends in New Hampshire, particularly in the Concord area.
This week's story will be announced soon.
Notes:
*We usually meet in the bar itself, at the first large, high table once you've walked down the stairs. Sometimes, we sit in the corner booth if the table is busy. Here's a rough map for first-timers.
*Penuche's has been very good to us. Remember to tip your bartender well.
*At times the stories we read include subject matter that provokes personal - and sometimes sensitive - anecdotes from our group members. This is a safe space: an open environment. Healthy and heated debate is welcome, just be respectful.
*Have a suggestion for something to read at future meetings? Send us a message through Meetup.
