Welcome to the Niagara Meditation Circle.

This group was created to provide a calm, welcoming, and supportive space where people can come together to explore meditation and mindfulness in a relaxed community environment.

Our meetings are open to everyone — beginners, experienced meditators, and the simply curious alike. No particular belief system, religion, or prior experience is required.

Each gathering may explore different forms of meditation, including:
• mindfulness meditation
• guided meditation
• breathing and relaxation techniques
• visualization practices
• meditative approaches connected to Qigong, Tai Chi, and related traditions
• sound or music-based meditation
• silent meditation

The goal of the group is not only meditation itself, but also the sense of connection and shared experience that can arise when people practice together in person.

Sessions are intended to be calm, respectful, inclusive, and pressure-free. Participants are always welcome to simply observe, participate quietly, or share experiences if they wish.

This is a non-commercial community group. There are no fees to attend, and the atmosphere is intended to be open, friendly, and supportive.

Over time, we may occasionally invite local practitioners from related disciplines such as yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, mindfulness, or wellness practices to share different approaches with the group.

Whether you are looking to reduce stress, improve focus, meet like-minded people, or simply take a break from the noise of everyday life, you are welcome here.
