The Friendly Flow: All-Levels Yoga (Zurich-Niederhasli)

Hi there! I’m Holly, I recently qualified as a yoga teacher, and I am so excited to share my passion for movement with you. Whether you are completely new to the mat, a seasoned intermediate, or just looking to stretch out a tight back, this is a space where you don't have to be perfect - you just have to show up as you are.

Our sessions are conducted entirely in English and focus on building a warm, supportive community. No judgment, no pressure - just good vibes, great stretches, and a chance to meet lovely people here in Switzerland.

What to expect:

• A mix of accessible poses perfect for beginners and intermediates.
• Clear, easy-to-follow guidance.
• A friendly chat with fellow members after the session!
