Zō Village | A Live-In Community Experiment for Entrepreneurs
Zō Village is a residential program where entrepreneurs, creators, and builders live, work, and create together in the mountains of Japan.
Based in Akakura Onsen, Myoko City, Niigata — a quiet hot spring town in the Japanese Alps. A renovated hinoki (Japanese cypress) lodge, natural onsen, locally sourced meals. Through 30 days of shared living, we explore what emerges when you don't just "attend" something, but truly inhabit a place alongside others.
Zō (蔵・増・造) — contain, compound, create. Not an experience you consume once and forget, but one designed to accumulate over time, like compound interest for who you become.
This group is where we share updates on Zō Village, open applications, and host related meetups and gatherings. You don't need to be a founder. If you're building something, you're welcome here.

Zō Villageは、起業家・クリエイター・ビルダーが日本の山あいで共に暮らし、働き、つくるための滞在型プログラムです。
拠点は新潟県妙高市・赤倉温泉。檜造りの山荘、天然温泉、地元の食。30日間の共同生活を通じて、ただ「参加する」のではなく「共に在る」ことから生まれる関係と変化を追求します。
Zō（蔵・増・造）— 蓄え、重なり、創る。消費して終わる体験ではなく、時間をかけて複利のように積み重なっていく場を目指しています。
このグループでは、Zō Villageの最新情報、参加者の募集、関連イベントやミートアップを発信していきます。起業していなくても、「何かをつくっている人」であれば歓迎です。
