📈 Nine Steps: Workshop
Details
Ledding Library | Days & Times Vary | Milwaukie, OR
✨ Free through May 30. Starting June 1, admission will be $20 per person.
📈 Come get oriented. Leave with a map, a practice, and a way forward.
The Nine Steps Workshop is a guided 2-hour introduction to Nine Steps to Home, a living framework for becoming more fully human. Together, we’ll explore the basic shape of our lives, reflect on where we are in our own journey, and begin the work of moving forward with more clarity, grounding, and purpose.
This is not a lecture, exactly. And it’s not therapy, either. It’s something more practical and alive: a space to step back, see the larger pattern of human life, and reconnect with what matters most. If life has felt fragmented, confusing, lonely, or vaguely off, this workshop is designed to help make things a little more legible.
👨🏻🏫 What to Expect
• A guided 2-hour introduction to the Nine Steps to Home framework
• Simple reflections on where you are, what you need, and how to get there
• A foundational breath and body awareness practice
• Journaling, discussion, and a take-home map for continued reflection
• A warm, thoughtful space with depth, clarity, and no pressure to perform
This workshop is designed to be simple, practical, and repeatable. The goal is not to “master the system” in one night. The goal is to leave feeling more oriented, less alone, and more connected to your next step.
🌎 Who It’s For
• Anyone longing for more clarity, connection, and direction in life
• Seekers, thinkers, feelers, and spiritually curious humans
• Those tired of shallow self-help and hungry for something more real
• Newcomers and longtime practitioners of personal growth alike
