We run free casual flag football pickup games at Liberty State Park in Jersey City — no experience required, no teams to join, no commitment. Just show up, meet people, and play.
What to expect:
∙ Casual pickup format — basic rules are covered before every game so everyone’s on the same page
∙ Games run 1 to 1.5 hours — come when you can, leave when you need to
∙ All skill levels welcome, from seasoned players to first-timers
∙ All you need to bring is water (cleats highly recommended but not required)
∙ Always free to play
