What we’re about
All are welcome to a Christ- centered environment, in which we will enjoy eating, singing, dancing, acting, performing, activities.
I am a single mom who loves animals, playing music, ballroom dancing, outdoor activities, potlucks, and hope to get together with like- minded individuals who are interested in having fun in a Christian lifestyle.
We will first meet preferably over lunch or dinner, say at a buffet. I hope to discuss our activities, mainly performing and dance, and hope to come up with an agenda and permanent locations (i.e. Churches, gyms, someone's basement, etc). I actually already go to a similar established group in South Jersey, which is wonderful but simply too far.
Let's get together and enjoy, in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Come to a weekday cabin camping trip at High Point State Park. Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to help us scope out the "big cabin experience" at High Point, and then, if we give it a "thumbs up", we will (try to) book it for a weekend next summer for our Meetup group. (The weekends are currently booked solid for this summer! The demand is that high!!)
The cabin holds 28 campers! It has a full kitchen, bath (with shower), and it is cleaned regularly and between reservations. It also includes FREE entrance to the lake for swimming for campers, and there are plenty of hiking trails.
If you want to come, it will cost you $50 for your spot in the cabin. But, we want to reward those who act right away so here is the discount for those who "leap before they look":

- After June 1 -$50

We are hoping there will be a great turnout and that there will be surplus $. If so, we will put it towards food, since I planning on us doing a "communal menu". We will circle back on the food plan and everyone can chip in for that that at a later time. (It also will be great if we can put some surplus $ toward the annual Meetup fee, and eventually a petty cash fund for the group to help with miscellaneous expenses for our very active group.)
