Camp Spofford is "a place where people can know Jesus, follow Him together and rest in the beauty of God’s creation." It is a Christian Camp and I have been bringing my kids here since the early 90s. (It has scored me many "dad points", and is a major reason they think I am awesome!)

It is a place where you can relax by doing very little, or wear yourself out doing everything. They have: archery, bocce, croquet, shuffleboard, corn hole, KanJam, tennis, horseshoes, rock climbing wall, weight room, ping pong, softball, basketball, beach volleyball, gaga ball, carpetball, foosball, low ropes course, badminton, ultimate frisbee, waterskiing, tubing, sailing, canoeing, paddleboards, pickleball, nine square, bonfires, kayaking, a pontoon boat ride, swimming, fishing, soccer, tetherball, CrossNet, and more. (I know....it's exhausting just reading the list!) There are also biblical teaching times, and daily chapel services. It's all included in your registration fee!

Other area attractions include golf, hiking, mountain climbing, mini-golf, go carts, batting cages, alpine slide, and various other tourist attractions. (Some of these have fees.)

And, the camp is only 42 minutes from the renowned Mt. Monadnock:

The food is fab and you WILL gain weight! It is basically unavoidable (unless you do all of the above activities every day!) It's also all included in your registration fee! (The only exception are those snacks you buy outside of meal times.)

(I know, the price is insanely low for all of that! I like to say, "It costs more to stay home!")

{I can tell you from experience that the camp tends to fill up. I have been on their waiting list many times....because I waited too long!}

[NOTE: There are also more comfortable accommodations with a private bath that can be booked if you don't mind paying more (a few hundred $). But these are all booked up. You can call and get yourself on a waiting list. It will be less confusing if you don't mention your connection with our group. You can just make an individual booking. There is no discount for the regular rooms, and you would have your own bed, bath, and a/c. But the cabin will def be more fun!]

Also, you don't need to come for all 6 nights--although you will wish you did!
